Scheduling an appointment
To schedule an appointment for the perfect treatment, please speak to our specialist spa reception team who will guide you to the right choice. Please call +41(0)442152420 or email the team on email@example.com. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we do advise booking in advance.
The Spa Reception is open for spa bookings and enquiries:
- Monday - Wednesday - 9am – 10.00pm
- Thursday & Friday - 9am – 9.30pm
- Saturday & Sunday – 9am – 7.30pm

To ensure your preferred dates and times are available we do encourage all our guests to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Cancellation & Bookings
Spa Days: A 100% cancellation fee will be incurred for all non-member treatments and / or spa days not cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled treatment / spa day.
Spa Day group bookings of 6 or more persons will be required to give 7 days notification of cancellation or amends without incurring a financial penalty.
Spa Days and vouchers are non-transferable or refundable.
Full payment is required at time of booking to secure any of our Spa Day Programmes.
Holmes Place Spa is open to individuals over the age of 16 years only.
All Holmes Place spa days and treatments are suitable for both male and female guests
Please advise us at time of booking, of any medical conditions or health concerns you may have or if you are under your doctor’s guidance. This enables us to schedule the most appropriate treatment for you as some treatments maybe unsuitable or require adaptation.
Spa Day arrivals are automatically scheduled between 9am and 10am. If later arrival is required please check availability on booking. Arrival times will be shown within your confirmation correspondence.
For your comfort we suggest you arrive at the spa 10 minutes prior to your pre-scheduled arrival. Regretfully, late arrival may mean a reduced treatment time or the inability to participate in some aspects of your experience.
On arrival you will be presented with your personal treatment itinerary, showing the times your treatments have been scheduled for you throughout the day.
